The third quarter of 2022 saw interesting trends in the performance of the top business apps in Portugal, based on data from Sensor Tower. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics for these leading applications.

Microsoft Teams experienced an upward trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 8.2K at the end of June and peaking at approximately 16.7K by the end of September. The app also saw a consistent increase in weekly active users, growing from 181.3K to 217.6K over the quarter.

Zoom Workplace showed a steady rise in weekly revenue, beginning at $122 and reaching $775 by the end of September. Downloads for Zoom Workplace also climbed from roughly 5.9K to 7K. Active users saw a gradual increase from 54.3K to 57.1K over the quarter.

LinkedIn: Jobs & Business News had a notable weekly revenue, peaking at $17.3K in early July and maintaining a steady performance around $15K to $16K towards the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads ranged from 3.8K to 5.6K, while active users fluctuated between 321.7K and 377.8K.

Google Chat saw its weekly downloads vary, peaking at around 4.5K in mid-July and stabilizing around 2.2K by the end of September. Active users for Google Chat also showed a consistent upward trend, starting at 23K and reaching close to 29K by the end of the quarter.

Microsoft Authenticator had a steady performance in weekly downloads, increasing from around 3.7K to 5.3K. Weekly active users for the app also grew from 90.9K to 106.7K over the quarter.
